From the VDog School of Cracker Food Preparation

Say you're VDog and you think, hmm, my eggplant parmesan doesn't have enough cheese on it. Say, however, that you live in Casa de Cracker, and you don't have any mozzarella in shred or di bufala style.

What do you do?

Why, slice up a string cheese, of course!

And look forward to little bits of yummy, melty goodness.

Cracker cooking: Cheese = good.

*By the way, the shirt is going to the lovely and talented Miss ZoeyJane!*

What a clever idea! You could call it "Polka Dot Lasagna" or whatever it is that you cooked. I might just steal that idea for a kid pizza :)

I love cooking with String Cheese. You can make the best Fried Cheese with them! They're also fabulous in omelets and make really good cheese bread. See, you totally aren't the only bloggin' cracker :-)

It has never occurred to me to use string cheese to cook with! I always have that. (oooh, teeshirt....excitement builds)

String is clever.

I've used the packets from mac-n-cheese in casseroles in the absence of cheese already.

*nods* It is such a less-perishable way to keep mozzarella!!! :D

And hey, I showcased a similar happening recently. :P

I'm bummed you didn't get any of the shopska salata. I still need to blog about that.

Girl it is so ironic that I fell upon your blog, I mean any cheese is a main staple in my house...if it ain't got no cheese, it ain't no good for crackers! Cheese just goes with crackers....get it! Misty
